Tim Tidswell and Richard Childs founded Tidswell Childs in 2006, having met working for Savills Building Consultancy in Norwich.

Tim deals with all aspects of Building Surveying, while Richard deals with the Architectural side of the business.
These two distinctive disciplines compliment each other and with 50 years combined constructional experience gained working extensively in London, Cambridge and Norwich, Tidswell Childs are able to offer a diverse and wide range of services to their clients.

A key founding aim of the partnership is to maintain direct client contact between each partner and their respective clients rather than delegating to juniors or support staff. This attention to the needs of each individual client and project ensures that Tidswell Childs offer a personal yet experienced professional service with one point of contact
