Defect Investigation and Diagnosis
Specific investigations into often complex defects in buildings, identifying symptoms, causes and necessary remedial works, their implications, who is liable for the costs and if appropriate arranging for repairs to be implemented.
- Advising where appropriate on alternative remedial works their respective costs and merits, and strategy for implementation.
- Experience in non standard forms of construction
- Knowledge of Historic Buildings and their forms of construction and specification of conservation repairs to meet Listed Building Officers and English Heritage requirements.
